Hi everybody,
Just a reminder that this and every Tues. Night is the open blues jam at Brewster's at the Bradley Beach Bowling alleys 1217 main street Bradley Beach. Sign up starts at 7:00 while Stone Blue plays… Jam starts at 8:00.
Due to some feedback regarding too many guitarists at once on the stage, I'm limiting The guitarists to 2 per act instead of 3…. Also if a keyboard player shows up with his stuff , they will not play all night like they did previous jams. They will play sets like everybody else. If there are a few harp players they will also be on stage with everybody. To be able to make these changes, I'm limiting acts to 3 songs or 15 minutes. whichever comes first. If you play guitar I suggest you come and sign up early or you may not get a chance to play. The jam stops at 11pm or slightly later if the last set goes a little late. Just remember that this is a jam. If you come with a full or almost full band you have to wait longer than the order of the list to play. I would like to welcome Joe Carroll the new drummer for Stone Blue who will be playing our set this Tues. He has played with STONE BLUE before and he knows most of our songs. He's a solid drummer and a class act.

Also I've had people ask me to shorten my band STONE BLUE's set in the beginning of the night so more jammers could play. My answer is…. One of the main reasons I got this jam going is to get STONE BLUE out playing….. even if only one set . These guys drive there to help me with the jam for free . They WILL PLAY FOR AN HOUR no matter what. Also I'm not about to set my PA ,Drums ,Bass amp, and Guitar amps up for free
if Im not going to play on it for an hour. Besides the vast majority of jammers haven't been showing up til Stone Blue is done playing anyway. Most other jams start after 8pm Nuff said..
